when cut open, the rambutan unfortunately fails miserably to deviate from its outwardly testicular appearance, revealing an inside that looks for all the world exactly how you'd expect the contents of a scrotum to look.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

Welds look great only thing is the turbo flange mounting holes are really close to the weld, not a huge deal.

Yes, I know. Not my design. I'm responsible solely for the fusion.
I think you are right about the turbos, they are big.

    Thanks.

    Now I'm really confused???
It's all TIG, just wondering where the foot pedal comment came from since there wasn't one in the pics???
The charge pipes are aluminized, which is terrible for TIG.
The coating blurs the puddle so badly even after clean-up.
I have a rotary-controlled amperage adjuster coming, we'll see how I adjust to that. Better for the hips.

ok whew, when you said that there wasnt any, i though i was going fuckin nuts and you meant there wasnt any tig in the pictures... "well mig doesnt look like that" was what i thought...

no im just saying i hate using a foot pedal for tig, and thats been my experiance with aluminum, even stainless, i dont need a foot pedal, but its something with aluminum that i just need to fuck with my heat up and down...

the rorary should do you well, but i just think it would be a bit difficult while your tiggin the aluminum, thats all.

ill agree with the hips thing, and your knees too man, a guy at our work smacked his knee and cause he was always using it with the pedal, he got a staph infection, was outta commision for a couple weeks.

it doesnt look like your tailing off when your stopping your arc, you can see little minute craters... other then that man its beautiful

You like scratch start? Never been a fan, depends on what you are doing. After doing roll cages with a foot pedal, I need an alternative. Yikes!!!
    Hopefully I like the rotary.
Yeah I tail off with the amps, just don't worry about it as much when going over top of weld as in the pic there. I mean there is already weld under there, as that is where I started.
You are right though, could have done it better.

i dont mean tail off with the amps, tail off with your tungsten, pull 'er away from your puddle and long arc for a split second, thats what theyre teaching us in school and it acutaly (despite the fact you think you might get stray arcs) if you do it right, its perfectly seamless, or ride up your rod too, thats another alternative
