What to do with my neighbor's phone number?
Hi, some of you already know that i have a neighbor that won't pay a cent for a broken window that he is responsible for.....
Anyway, I have his cell phone number and his land line number.......is there a way that I can get his phone numbers placed on a calling list so that he gets lots of phone calls?
Do you guys have any ideas on how to harrass him, or have someone else harras him?
I hate the prick, so I don't care how ignorant or cruel you idea is.

Way back in high school I was in a similar situation as you. I placed the person's cell and office number on a bunch of Classified Ad websites. The ads were for selling a bunch of stuff with reasonable yet cheap prices. After a few days, I called the guy pretending to be a buyer and he was pissed off. He told me that someone (me) thought it would be a funny joke to list all these sales under his cell and office number. I guess the guy got bombarded by numerous calls per day. I thought it was funny.

haha i did something like this last week actualy.
i went and bought a "for sale" sign and posted it up in a high trafic area. the sign was selling something very "gay", and i hope it made the guy who was getting all the calls very upset !
