I was at the Mercedes Benz dealer today, when a lady in an expensive looking fur coat came in an asked for Mike. The guy said that Mike wasn't in, and was about to go about his duties again. She got really loud and said that she need her washer fluid refilled.

WTF!?!?!!?!?

I guess it must be Hyatt's policy to cater to that kind of customer, because the guy filled her washer fluid for her.

So whats the deal? Is she too dumb to fill it herself? Anyone that dumb shouldn't be allowed to drive.

Well its probably good that she didn't get under the hood herself. She might of poured it into the oil/power steering/transmission slot. At least she was smart enough to realize her weakness. If the employee was smart he would have capitalized on the situation and got quick BJ in the back of the benz for his troubles. That way everyones happy.

dealer ships works on somthing called csi

if your in A then u will get more diagnosis time,lets say 1hr,30min(not to sure excact time
B = 1hr
C=30

so the more satisfaction you give to customer benefits the service department and techs....

i am partial intoxicated right now so if i wrong correct me

and let say B class dealer take 1hr15mins to diag,and customer complains,then B dealership IS fuck some way by some organization,

me being lube tech doesn't really know it well,foremen cant stress it enuff to me thou,and plus i just fill washer fluid into a customers car today

and i have done cars that came in specificly because her husband put washer fluld into the coolant,

and the customer that i put washer fluid infor point at the coolant.......

and as a precaution NEVER buy green washer fluid,mess with your head...

dealers but bulk,20 30 gallons ,dealers will do free top ups,if your a csi customer,employee,or even if your nice

gas stations usally buy by pallets of bottle, bottles cost money to make,so prive of fluid goes up on gas station
