Well... You should maybe state what your looking for in a advisor, and what you want too. By good strategies you want someone to advise you on different strategies to allocate funds / risk, repositioning or what? (Indicate what type of investments you would be looking for) so you can find one that has that type maybe.

I am looking for someone to help with deciding where to invest, how to allocate the funds and optimize the growth. When to move different mutual funds or stocks, etc. I am interested in having a balance of stocks and mutual funds.

I pm RAV4 then, as he is probably capable of stocks since he is registered under the IDA. I'm registered in the MFDA and can only do mutual funds / fixed income.
