OKay...update ppl. We havent heard from the cops yet. And yes, the cop told us the Mom had phoned the police to tell them she was sending her son in. But haven't heard anything about that yet. There was no inuries..well, thats what the driver of the Mercedes told us then and there. But being full of adrenaline..that can change. Once we hear any more word we'll let you know.

haha some of the comments on digg are just funny like:

Firstly, "Dave and Heather" live in Canada where marijuana is medically legal countrywide. Secondly, marijuana can inspire people to think creatively and intellectually. You're assuming that they smoke their own stash, but they could just be pharmacy growers.

The photographer may not have come forward at the scene for several reasons.

How would the cops get the "evidence"? They may need to take his entire camera either because of procedure or maybe the pictures are stored on internal memory of the camera. At the very least they would need to take the memory card. Maybe their were incriminating pictures on it (see: tray_of_buds.jpg from 4th post in this section). Maybe he didn't want his camera to disappear for an undetermined amount of time. Maybe he had something illegal in his car and wanted to avoid the police. Maybe he is a computer nerd and doesn't like talking to people.
