Default Best earbuds less then $50?

Just got an mp3 player, and any recommendations for the best earbuds for 30-50 bucks? So far I have found the Sennheiser CX 300 to be the buds of choice, but am open to any other recomendations before I buy.

    THanks.

These are the ones I bought. $50 off ebay, I'll let you know how they are once I get them.

get the skullcandy headphones for 30 dollars...they look pretty good...wires are durable and sounds is good.

or the cx300 if you want to spend some more money.

I am on my second pair of cx300s, sound quality is great, and the fit is pretty comfortable, but my first pair crapped out on me after 3 months (no sound from the right ear). So if you do get em, maybe consider warranty? Its not that expensive, and they just give you a new pair everytime.

not sure if this counts as a thread jack, but any decent, but fair priced (less than 60$?) headphones? (ones with headband) I prefer using these at homes than earbuds..more comfortable.

Agreed, only id glue on the rubber earbud that fits the best. They come off extremely easy and get lost.

the sennheiser cx300s sound awesome. i've been using them for 6 or 7 months now and haven't had any problems. they don't come with a carrying case or anything, though.

Got the V-Moda today.... other then fighting with the package for 5 minutes to get at the damn things, they rooooock. The bass is so deep....My head SHAKES. I would put it right on the line of almost being too deep. But I love my bass, so its just perfect. If you like Bass, I deffinately recommend these. 50 bucks on ebay!

    V-moda bass freq

    4/5 stars.

bringing this back from the dead

I'm in the market for new headphones. Right now I have some skullcandy ones from future shop and my big complaint is that it feels like they used low strand wiring in the cables because they aren't very flexible and sometimes have a mind of their own.

I'm looking at the Sennheiser CX 300 ear buds or something similar. Can someone tell me if the cables in the sennheisers are flexible like the ipod headphones?

The creative in-ear noise-cancelling ones are awesome...stay in your ear really well too.

It was normally $39 I think, got it on sale for $19.

I've been using the JBL in ear buds for the past bit and theyre pretty nice aswell... I think they are closer to 100 though... I tried some of the Skullcandy full metal jackets, but after about an hour I got no sound from the right ear. Took them back and got the JBLs.

For the $100-150 range, the Bose in-ear are AWESOME.

The one thing I find with so many of these in ear buds is that they fall out of my ears when Im not just sitting around. If i'm working out, or snowboarding or something they fall out too easily. The thing I like with the JBLs is that they come with pieces that can attach on to them and wrap around the back of your ear so they go nowhere.
