I am looking for someone who can do an ac recharge.. if anybody knows a good place.. one that doesn't have a weeks waiting list... the sooner I can get it done the better

This is probably the easiest thing anyone can do. In fact, the guys at Auto Value will come out with you if you aren't busy and do it for you.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

im planning to recharge my car this year too as its damn hot haha.
if anyone know any good cheap places, post here.
I went to parkdale auto services off memorial and 33 SW cost me 80 bux.. was the cheapest I could find (that is a full service where they vaccume the old stuff out and put new stuff in) you have to be carefull because some places just throw a can of fluid in to make it cold and call it a day

So...did they do a good job at the AC recharge?
no they were unable to do it because my lines and system was clogged... but the still decided to charge me for the recharge, and that was only problem number one, it got much worse with these guys.. they then charged me 300+ dollars to change my spark plugs (normally about 100 anywhere else) and they didn't even change the back 3 plugs (which is why it cost so much..)... and the list goes on... not really wanting to get into it any further details... just makes me angryOriginally posted by rinny

Why did they charge you if they didn't recharge it?
because they attempted to do it.. and appearently that is a good enough reason to chargeOriginally posted by infected
