I just use hi-jack this now and then to ensure nothing is running during startup.

Better surfing awareness goes further than a spyware program.

Ad-Aware + Spybot + WinASO 2.6 will solve 99.9% of your spyware problems.

I've been using Spy Sweeper for a about a year or so, and love it. It does what it's supposed to, and it's pretty cheap.

I use telus security service and its been working really well. I use to have norton and it was not so good, but since switching to telus i've had zero issues.
