Deep Fryer Fishbowl
Just how sanitary is this?
This brilliant (but obviously insane) Japanese chef created the Water Fryer, which is a fish bowl at the bottom of his deep fryer. Because the oil and water don't mix, as long as the fish stay low they're okay. Plus the crumbs from the deep fryer drop to the bottom which the fish eat as food. The fish allegedly live for up to 10 years as long they stay away from the oil.

How can they keep the oil at 350degrees and the water cool enough for the fish to stay alive? bs
