hey guys i was just wondering, like im selling my car and the guy only came up with like 90% of the money, now hes wanting to pay me 90% now and the rest at the end of the month, i was thinking of doing it and signing a contract between me and him, also gettin 2 people to witness it (and sign), on the bill of sale i will write not paid in full, and blah blah, all i want to know is if he can fuck me over in any way to not pay.

as harsh as that sounds to the other guy, thats the best way to do it.
tell him to put down a non-refundable down payment and youll hold on to the car for him...other than that, i wouldnt do it.

I was thinking of doing that, tomorrow me and him are taking the car for inspection, but he really wants the car. so i think ill just get him to give me a down.. but i just wanted it to be easy on the guy.. thats why i was thinking of doind a contract thing

Do the deposit, I recieved a deposit on a car before, then the guy cameto pick it up 200 short and told me thats what we agreed on, I pulled out the receipt we both signed and told him to fuck off and not get his deposit back or go get the 200 bucks and take it, he chose the latter, make sure you get everything in writing

today we meet up and he said now he only has 1000 so i told him to shove it up his ass lol im like 1st u offer 5000 then 1000 later.. and today he says a 1000 now and 500 every month lol
