trying is the first step towards failure
Wow, that's the life. Jammies to work, game room, clinic... Place looks like a leisure center.
There was an artical last year on one of the most succsusful companies in the states and It sounded like the coolest place to work. Thats the point the owner had is the happier the workers the more work got done... sorry i dont remember the name of the company tho
Oh. My. God.
Googles "jobs google"
holy crap.
Im not suprised that they are the best and biggest company to work for.
Alot of the places 30-40 years ago used to be the same and everyone used to love going to work and things got done exceptionally well. The more the company puts in the harder the employers work. My mom has told me stories of when she used to work at an insurance place in london back in the day. The boss used to treat all the employees to dinner, he wouldnt let anyone take a taxi home...he had a brand new bentley or something and he would give the employees a ride home in that. Im not talking boss of the department im talking the equivalent of a CEO.
Now adays the companys are so cheap they sell water to their employees
for google it definately is a dream job in this day and age.
Darn, that looks and sounds amazing.
It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice.
One million applications a year
Great company.
I play hockey at work and the boss buys me pizza.... hahahaha
It's like a cult inside a building of its own.
wow that would be the best place to work.

Everything I'm not made me everything I am...
Google probably compensates it with relativelly mediorse wages.

might be average wages, but if you factor in the perks, like free healthcare (in the states, that is HUGE!), massages, free meals (racks of lamb like the video said), and all the other perks (like 5 large to buy a new hybrid car), you would probably have to make twice what they are earning to pay for it = more free cash in thier pocket to play with that does not have to goto bills.Originally posted by rusich
