The rule for the minimum age of consensual sex is this:

Minimum 14, as long as the other party is within 2 years of age, and not in a position of power and/or authority;

Minimum 16, as long as the other party is not in a position of power and/or authority;

Minimum 18, do what/whomever they want.

Plus, most institutions (not just schools) have conduct policies that prohibit this kind of activity.

I am pretty impressed when a student and teacher can have an actual relationship. I think they just call it that and it is just a bunch of sex.
