Not at all. Nobody in today's world is capable of accepting responsibility for themselves. What kind of idiot expects it on an international level? You could really just change the title to "Anti-Americanism in ______ (fill in the blank here)." It's not like it's a localized thing. Throughout history the majority of the rest of the world has been anti whatever the current world power is. Like it or not, at this point in time it's America and like it or not, every world power has fallen. It's just a matter of time when this one will and then another will rise in it's place and be absolutely no better.

Regardless of which side of that debate you are on, I don't think it'll be pretty when it happens nor do I want to be around to see it. With the state of the world today and the technololgy/weaponry we have I think when this empire falls it's going to throw the world into a condition of chaos/turmoil not yet experienced in history. Just my opinion though, no fancy research to back it up.
