thats already a pretty good plan but if you want. just call up rogers and say you want to cancel, tell them what you want and see if they bite or not. most likely you will get what you want.

also notice that roger mega plans include fido-->roger as well as roger-->roger, whereas fido only has fido-->fido
so on gsm, also think about what plan most of the ppl you call have

So rogers offers Rogers-rogers AND rogers-fido? while fido only does the Fido-Fido?

that's my understanding of it, and only on the 'mega' rogers plans
fido offered the roger side for free for about a month or two i think, it ended already

go onto www.redflagdeals.com in the hot deals forum. search for rogers and there's a huge thread on plans that people have been able to get through the retentions dept.

same for fido as well for fido users.

Rogers has a unlimited incoming mins plan. If you take more than you make, it's a very good option.

oh i forgot to add that its 0.10min long distance anywhere in north america

    how did i get it?

I work for corporate ATB Financial, the head office not a branch. anyways i called rogers after telus offered me a package to stay with them. rogers said the package they were offering is a corporate plan and they couldn't offer it to me unless i was corporate..

well anyways i told them i was and they asked for my company name, my employee number, length of employment and the location of my office (i think that was everything)
when u call them the operator might not know about a corporate plan so they might bounce you around to different departments

Here's what myself and a bunch of people I know got as per RFD site.

    250 Daytime min
Unlimited eves and wknds starting at 6 pm
    caller id
    basic vmail
    3-way, call waiting, call forwarding
    unlimited R2R
    100 CAN long distance

plan is $25 so it's about $35 including SAF, taxes, 911, etc.

BTW, this isn't a corporate or affiliation plan.
