How many people here work out?

This is seperate from the other thread i made about gyms. I would like to know how many of you guys out there work out. and if you live in the ne what gym do you guys work out at and why.

I work out at Gold's gym in the NE. Has lots of equipment and good pricing..well at least for me $25/month.


So are you planning on opening a gym soon Nav13? and if so, when and where?

No im not planning on opening a gym. I work at a gym and im just tryin to get some ideas of how to improve it. I would mention what gym but id like to keep it off the record for now. Just would like to get some ideas

I hit the gym at the hotel when I'm on the road, if that counts.

Work out, in SW in gym that is part of the condo complex... It is pretty well decked out...

i workout at world health in sunridge mall, i find it way more relaxed then most other gyms. although the rates arnt the best i think i its worth the money.
