Kinda funny, yet offensive, but really, "Buyer is consulting with a lawyer and wants compensation"... Does everyone think money is going to solve all these problems? Wouldn't instead of getting money for what has hurt them, or rather just that effort, be better spent on trying to get that company to change their software instead? And here I thought money was the root of all problems; it seems society believes money is also the way to solve all problems now... Of course, as ironic as it is, my username doesn't help here.

Some people are such losers for playing the race card like that. There is a time and place for playing that card-this isn't one of those times. It was a simple error, plain and simple. And to expect some FACTORY WORKER IN CHINA to proof read everything that leaves the factory - come on give me a break. It's not going to likely happen. Even if it did, do you expect them to catch something like that? Not likely.
