New Look For 2007!
Sooo...I was finally able to get the new modz on for 2007.
Things were delayed/confused big time because of H&R product being back ordered. Originally I was going to run 20mm adapters up front and 25mm adapters in the rear but the front adapters were back ordered for over 5 months (my bro made the order in November....). So we said F it. The order was changed to run 25mm adapters ALL AROUND.
When I received the adapters one of the studs on one of the adapters was wrong. Just great. This was dealt with quickly by CMSBob and I recieved a new adapter shortly. Big ups goes out to CMSBob for dealing with all of this backorder BS and takin care of the problem, top notch service!!
Final specs of the wheels are as follows:
- Front: 18x8 et50 235/40/18 -> 25mm adapters = 25mm ET final.
- Rear: 18x9.5 et55 255/35/18 -> 25mm adapters = 30 ET final.
All said and done the rear wheels are poking (sticking out) quite a bit and the front is poking just a bit. Hella FLUSH = lame, hella POKED = the new hot shit lol.
New mods for 2007 include:
- The new wheels (staggered BBS LM's off a Porsche 911)
- 4 x 25mm H&R wheel adapters
- White tire letters
- Custom fabricated sideskirts
- Color matched bumper markers
- Red tow hook
- Fendi wrapped sunroof console

H&R Wheel Adapters
How they work: They convert the 5x100 bolt pattern of a VW to 5x130 of Porsche and also convert to STUDS.
Stock: 5x100
With Adapters: Bolt pattern is now 5x130.
