Default Scotia Customer Service Call Centre

I just applied for this job on Monster.ca for Scotia Bank. Anybody work here? I'm wondering what kind of a place it is to work, where the call centre is located, parking info, interview tips and maybe a quick rundown on how much pay/benefits I should be expecting to negotiate around. I work at Telus right now and I need change so any help would be highly appreciated.

Not sure for most of your questions as thats not my department. But its located in the NE on Sunridge way or blvd (Only one block apart anyways), parking is more then sufficient there. Interview questions I assume it will be more behaviour (examples. ie. tell me about a time (problem, solutions, result). Sorry thats all I can tell you..... maybe someone that acutally works in the call centre can give you more info

I used to work there about a year ago. It's located on 2850 Sunridge Way NE and there is lots of parking available. As far as the interview goes, they mostly just ask you a lot of behavioral questions (eg how do you deal with conflict, name a time when you had a difficult customer etc.). I got paid 15/hr when I worked there so I'm not sure if it's gone up or not. I enjoyed it while I worked there. It was a casual environment, team oriented but after a year, I just needed a change. Hope that helps.

Just given the job I wouldn't expect the questions to be too odd ...

-get on the internest and find a list of behavioral questions and prep some answers
-focus on the fact that the job you'll be doing requires:

    -composure under stress
    -patience
    -assertiveness
