Replaced headlight assembly on 93 Prelude - now lights don't work

Had to replace the left headlight assembly on my daughter's Prelude. Before I replaced it, both headlights were working. The left side marker light was broken. Bought a brand new assembly from Honda. Removed the bumper, old assembly, etc. Put new one on. Now, when you turn on the lights - only the Left side marker comes on! Checked the fuses under the hood - all good. Replaced anyways - still no light. Removed just the left fuse - the right still won't come on...

Going to take it to Honda I guess - unless someone has a clue what I missed...

Probe for +12V at the wires going into the sockets?

Sounds like the wiring... What kind of bulbs are in the 4th Gen's?

Well this is strange - if I start the ignition - all the lights work.

But if the car isn't running - only the left side marker light comes on.....
