Well, I just found out a week ago that my wife is pregnant with our third child. That means it's time to start looking for a minivan (I avoided it as long as possible).

I figured I'd try the local forums before I payed for an ad on leasebusters. That's right this is a lease take-over. I'll pay all trasfer fees and maybe more depending on interest in the vehicle.

Vehicle:

2006 Pontiac Torrent AWD (currently at 10,200km's)

3.4 SFI V6 engiine
5-Speed Automatic Transmission
P235/60R17 All season tires with 17x7 aluminum wheels
heated black leather seats
xm satellite radio
Premium Pioneer 7 speaker stereo
Power sunroof
pw,pl,pm,ps,a/t/c,keyless entry
compass and temperature readout in mirror

Here's the lease breakdown:

Purchased July 26, 2006

MSRP: $36,700
purchased price: $34,261
Life insurance: $617.37
Cash down: $2500.00
Interest Rate: 0.5%

Monthly Payment: $420.40 + tax (currently $466.64)

Option to purchase: $17,616

Total KM allowance is 60,200. That leaves 50,000 km's over the next 26 months.

I've never actually calculated the mileage but the window sticker says 22mpg city/31mpg hwy. I figure it probably gets just a little less than that.

If your interested you can PM me or call 949-4684 and ask for Bryce.
