Furnace and Hot Water Replacement
Can anyone recommend a company to replace my furnace and hot water tank? It'll have to be high efficiency models because I need to vent out the side of my house instead of up through the chimney.
Also, anyone have experiences with tankless hotwater heaters? I was at homedepot and saw the small unit for 899, big unit for 1399, plus $299 for install kit. I called Pete the plumber(homedepot uses them) and they said ~$1800 for labour alone

Don't know if they do furnace, but Mr. Rooter for hot water heater.
I used them a few months ago when the bottom fell off of my hot water heater (thing was 12yrs old). They were the only ones who returned my calls and everything was over and done with within 3hrs of my initial call on a Sunday. Costed me ~$1000 for the hot water heater + labour.
Someday we may need to activate the halo structure off Deerfoot and destroy the North East.

Furnace - Lennox FTW. We have a carrier in our place and it's junk. I've replaced the ignition coil twice in the last four years.
HWT....I don't know if there is much difference from one brand to the next.
I think someone on here had a bad experience with the Punctual Plumber just in the last couple of weeks so maybe stay away from them.
