I believe good ol' Canadian Tire does inspections

there is a link on an gov alberta webpage that lists all places to do alberta oop inspections. or yellow pages, under automobile -> inspections -> look for OOP inspections. Should be between $120-200 depending on where you go.

if my car does not have DRL , I will not pass right ?

I believe so, call a shop to find out. AAA Autobody does them too.

Canadian tire charges double what everyone else does and needs the car for ~3hrs. I'm not getting mine done there.
