Default 2 Wheels on the front, 1 wheel on the back

Hey so I've seen some road bikes that have 2 wheels on the front and 1 on the back and I'm just wondering what they're called.

It's a Bombardier Spyder. it's a pretty neat bike, the ones around town are prototypes Bow Cycle has. They should be in regular production this fall. Up close it looks like some people got drunk and stuck road tires on a snowmobile haha

    real head turner tho!

    110 hp ish..
