Car wash that allows hand washing during the day?

So I know this has been discussed quite often, and I've read through I think every single car wash thread on here.
There hasn't really been a good answer to what car washes won't get pissed off at you if you hand wash during the day.
I'd like to be able to wash my car without having to wait until late at night.
Anyone know of any car washes that will let you do this during the day? Preferably up in the NW?

Most places, if there's no line, won't get pissed if you hand wash during the day, but you can't hold people up.
My best experiences have been with the wash on 33ave and 37th street, best ever IMO, great soap and they have driers.

I dont think anyone really allows it..just go to a place that isnt busy in the day and then hand wash your car..i know it might be hard to find a place thats not busy during the day unless maybe try going early in the morning

Yeah, I wasn't sure if there were any places that specifically allow it. It's just hard when I've got everything ready and I head out to wash my car only to find that the car washes are busy. Sometimes the middle of a Saturday afternoon there can be no one at all, but then the strangest times there will be an enormous line up waiting.

Well it doesn't make sense for a place to specifically allow hand washing, because they're not making any money right?

I know back home in Regina theres a place you can go to and hand wash/wand wash/whatever you want. They even supply you the shammi cloths and everything. The catch is you pay per minute you are in there. its like $1.00 a minute so it costs more if you take your time but its a nice place. I haven't found a similar place in Calgary though.

The big bucket in Crowfoot charges by minute the moment you drive in, I'm sure they don't care if you spend a whole day in there.

As long as it isn't busy, I think that you can hand wash at Brentwood.
