    Default BMW could buy Volvo

As a long time Volvo fan I actually hope this deal goes through, since I hate Ford and love BMW.

    That's stupid.

Totally different brands in the same market after mostly the same customer. Where's the benefits?

But funny if BMW buys Land Rover (also on sale) back.

Good volvo needs help. I think BMW can turn them around. Benz cant even take care of themselves little'own adding another brand to manage as well.

Not to mention access to turbo engine R&D and AWD R&D. Volvo has been turbo for a looooooong time.

Good move. You get more of the luxury market share, and hopefully BMW can learn a thing or two about reliability from volvo
