I believe its called Jiangsu Yueda however they have just merged with Hyundai and Kia. Hyundais and Kia will now be manufactured in China as well as Korea.

There's lots of Chinese car manufacturers but they don't sell outside of China which is why we never hear of them. I know there is Shanghai GM.
