This probably doesnt apply just to Superstore, but it might be their company policy?
I bought some items from Superstore, and they charged me incorrectly on a case of soda... so when I went to ask the customer service desk about it, they gave me some blurb about the Free Trade Act, and processed my transaction.. I thought I was gonna get the difference put back on my credit card, but from what I can understand on my receipt, they gave me a full refund on the case of pop, and on top of that, I got to keep the pop.
Was this a mistake, or is there such a thing like that?
