Default Headache with Malware/Trojan? (Tried everything)

I'm at wits end with this malware that magically placed itself onto my computer this morning. I tried 4 different scanners such as Ad-ware,Spybot S&D, CCcleaner,Counterspy,HijackThis and this little shit is still on there. My computer seems to be running way slower.
When i thought one scanner found the problem it still occurs on there.

The icon on the System Tray is the windows Shield with a question mark that flashes red X.My system icon Tray is invaded by this every 10 minutes:

It seems to be associated with this website when it asked me to click on it www.virusprotectpro.com. and When i run/open/Msconfig the task says its a Rtasks.exe which

I dont trust any program unless someone says otherwise.

If anyone can help and recommend a good scanner that would be much appreciated.

Download a trial copy of Panda Anti-virus. My folks had that and all the free anti-spyware and anti-virus software did no good. Panda got rid of it.

Don't waste your time with anti-virus scanners. Its not "a virus" its an actual program(adaware) that is installed on your system. See what it's called and research it on google. You will need to undergo an entire process of "removal techniques". Good luck..
(I would suggest you just do a clean install (reinstall windows) unless you have files that you need for work etc.. (and cannot backup)
It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice.

Are you running XP? If so, can't you use System Restore?

    AVG is crap

Panda is a bit slow when it comes to receiving emails but despite what the reviews say I find it works the best.

    Use Panda!

    Better Idea.

Go get yourself AOL anti-virus. Essentially, it's Kaspersky AV rebranded with AOL icons. (You're getting yourself a free copy of Kaspersky).

When installing, just say "No" to the AOL Toolbar, no AOL bull$#!^.

    http://www.activevirusshield.com/ant...eav/index.adp?

    Works Great! Forget Panda.
