Canon 20D, and yes it was on Portrait setting.

those are awesome shots, I saw them first on the highrider site. What were you driving? I may have seen you at the event, you probably seen me I was working the entrance to the parking lot.

None that I was aware of. Some guys on P-shop said they were going so I looked it up.

I wasn't competing, although I have a stock cherokee.
I was with 2 guys who had a cooler with a few beer in them. The guy at the gate looked through it, told us to get rid of them or he could drink them. We came back a few minuites later without the beer and I opened the bag for the guy at the gate to check again. Dunno if it was you or not.

Hey that wasnt me at the gate that time probably my buddy, a real redneck lookin guy missing a front tooth (if you arrived early).I cant believe about your booze because there was alot of alchohol around and I wasnt told to watch for it coming in.Oh well I'm glad it looks like you enjoyed yourself.

That's fine about the booze, they were selling their own drinks inside the gate. The only other suprise was the $15 enterence fee since the Hidden Valley Motorsports park website says it was going to be $10. My cousins had only brought enough money for the $10 fee so I covered them. Again, not a big deal though.

I'll have to see if I can get an orange wrist band next year since I was turned away from some of the better locations to take pics from because I only had a yellow band on.
