download and run a trial of panda antivirus www.pandasoftware.com

Edit:
You'll need to run something that checks and cleans viruses, as well as other malware. There is a very good chance you could have a trojan dropper program in addition to the spyware.

get Spybot, run a live update, boot in safe mode, run the scan there.
