Contact lense question

Just a quick question,

I got contact lenses again after not wearing them for about 10 years. I can get them in my eye fine, remember that. Can anyone refresh me on some tips to get them out???

Took me forever and by the time I was done my eye was sore and red. These things seem bigger than I remember too. Have to be careful taking them out also as they are the two weekers, I eventually ended up sliding them over to the side of my eye until they wrinkled and I could pull them out. Ouch.

Hold your eye lids open with your two middle fingers, and then kinda pinch the contact lens with your index and thumb. Rinse and repeat.

brand new lenses can be slippery.

You gotta pull them down and then pinch together.

Shouldn't be a problem if your finger tips are dry. Or does it?
