Kind of. In the States it's classified as an SUV, but in Canada it's classified as a wagon.

It has adjustable suspension, when it's at it's highest setting, it's higher than most luxury suv's, when it's at it's lowest setting, it's lower than most cars.

It's the same size as the A6 avant

From the New York area. I called the dealership that serviced it it's whole life before it arrived in Canada (bought at auction from a calgary dealership, and sold to me), minimal of problems, mostly flat tires.
