    good question!

    no, the head is for a 91 golf 1.6 that im working on, this one is fine, hence the 'mechanically sound' comment above.

    there are some scrapes and dings and because of this, there is some rust spots here and there. nothing too outrageous though.

    And it has cruise, but with all MK3 golf/jetta's they are vacuum controlled and flaky, Mine doesnt currently work, but its not bad to troubleshoot where the problem is.
