No rips/tears. Ive run this truck for about a year and the guy I bought it off then had seat covers cause he didn't like leather so the seats were comparable in wear to the ones in my dad's denali when he traded it in after 3 years of usage.

Ive never had a problem with the tires rubbing on the fenders?

edit: mk3 vr6 = the ultimate. my mk4 in the background wouldnt hold a candle

Yes

Are there any rust spots on the back bumper?

There is a small spot, pass side on the rear bumper that is fairly rusty. Should someone show interest in the vehicle I would definately be willing to knock off a few hundred so you could buy a new one.
