I think he's saying the wheels are messed up since they are not really straight (they are not at the right angle) and they look too "flat" (not enough depth with that picture of the wheel)

got back from the industry grand opening of Tequila. Pretty cool place. Bored can't sleep, stupid stuff runnin through my head.
