ya there konig hotswaps these are the carbon fiber inserts though so i have no intentions of painting them

I originally planned on ordering the black rims with the chrome inserts but it was over a 2 month wait for them so i went with these.

How far is your front bumper from the ground? In inches I mean?
I don't know if it is pics that make it look like this but it looks like if you slam your car to the point that it looks good, your front bumper will be basically touching the ground...
Is that a normal trait with these cars?
I mean like my cars have been slammed before, to the point where I am "tucking" tire, but my front bumper was still at least 4 inches off of the ground, and I had a lip on too!

By car you mean a truck on 22's right? 4 inches seems rather large for a tuck haha.

that is a normal drop for these cars. A good drop (about 2 1/4") gives you about 2 1/2" of ground clearance with that bumper. Eclipses/Talons need to get low low low for a sharp look.

Looks good right? That is a photoshop. I never could lower it like that, because I would not ever have been able to get into my driveway, period. It would have scraped at every point ahaha

Holy hell that is a huge drop! That would scrape EVERYWHERE. My current car is 4" off of the ground and I scrape on literally everything! I </3 Speed bumps.

I think it is good you didn't wait for the chrome, it probably wouldn't have looked good.

These rims suit the car, IMO.

Can you tell me how much extra tax you had to pay for your rims? How much are the brokerage fees as well? I'm thinking of getting rims seeing how good the exchange rate is going.

It seems strange to me that you would have that much clearance off the ground with the car slammed and a front lip on.

1010 tires is out of vancover so there was no brokerage fees tax is the normal 7% shipping was reasonable and only took 3 days.

although i have bought rims from the states before and the brokerage fees really vary by who they use to ship them usps would be the cheapest but im not sure if they would ship rims fedex i find to be the best shipping method and usually worked out to be about 25$ a rim brokerage. Now UPS on the other hand is a complete sham and would stay away from them no matter what there brokerage fees are never lower than 75$ a package and usually much more i woudnt suggest shipping anything with them.

these rims do seem to make my car look alot more 4x4 than my old rims

i use to run a 225/40/17 which makes it 7/16 of a inche lower (and 7/16 of a inche more wheel gap) over the stock size. heres a pic of my car with my old rims and my ralliart front lip. with this setup my lip use to sit about 3" off the group so im probably gonna go with the eibach pro-kit and call it a day. If anyone wants to chop a drop for me it would be much appreciated

heres a straight side shot for PS

    Stupid Honda...
I don't know, I measured my new car last night with a tape measure again. 3.75" off the ground, and I have to take much more aggressive angles than my old car. But this car isn't SLAMMED and my old one was...hahaha
Anyways, I didn't know 1010 tires was in Van! ORDERIN' TIME!

    EDIT: Wow they're overpriced...
