so these Europeans wrecked these cameras, now they are just going to be replaced with their tax money, i don't see how that makes any sense. Its like kids smashing these bus shelters, its their parent's tax money or atleast for the non white trash parents that actually make an income. There ARE lots of stupid people after all.

The difference is, the camera generate revenues and bus shelter doesn't. It probably can replace itself with money it generates 4-5 times a year.

The Idea is that eventually the City Gives up and stops putting the camera in that area.

The police gets a budget for the whole year and that budget doesn't usually include replacing cameras evert week.
