    Default Travel Planning help!

    Hey guys,

These might seem like some rookie questions, but i have never really planned a trip before.

I just want to take the gf to vancouver for the weekend at the end of Aug. She has never been there before and i thought i would be a fun thing to do.

Whatis the best way to go abouts planning this?
Is it best to book hotels and air seperate? Or call a travel agent to find them for me? I am on a limited budget so i want to do this smart.

    Thanks guys!

Its only Vancouver man, book your flights on Westjet.com when a seat sale rolls around. Book your hotel through expedia, or directly through the hotel. Travel agents will add a service charge on top.

Yeah just look for hotels/flights online and book through the actual hotel/airline, you save being charged extra fees.
