Weddings are endless amounts man... but it's worth spending that money cause equipment alone for these photographers can be expensive!

I used David Duncan of soul xposure. He was really good. He was a younger guy and that made the picture portion of out day realy fun and relaxing during such an insane day. The pics took a while to get and it was pricey but worth it IMO.

I second this as well (although I do know him).

He's very talented and he's turned out some stunning photos before.

I love his wedding pictures because he catches the mood of a wedding event through pictures alone.

WOW!

You guys are phenominal, were looking for a photographer for April next year, but to be perfectly honest.
Were not sure what we should budget for, what should it cost... ballpark of course?

I've heard people say that you should be budgeting around 10-15% of your wedding costs for the photographer(s). That should give you an idea, but always shop around and don't fall in love with the first photographer that fits your budget. There's a lot of hacks out there that charge way more than their work's worth, while on the other hand, there are people out there that can produce quality results at very reasonable prices. Just make sure you see their work and that it's consistent, and more importantly, that you like it.

It all depends on what kind of coverage you want. Typically the mid range is about $2-3K. Expect to pay more if you want fine art prints, albums, engagement photos. If you are getting married in April, I'd suggest you start looking now as the good ones tend to get booked fast. Good luck!
