C-Train Accident

I was talking with my wife today and came up with the idea of putting those accordian rubber things between the cars, like the extendo-301 has to connect the two parts. That way if someone fell while the train was in the station, you couldn't fall in-between the cars themselves. Like those accordian closet doors, after they connect up the cars, they pull the accordian from one car and connect it to the other on each side "sealing" the sides.

I mean, your still screwed if you fall in front of the train, but its an idea.

^ There would need to be sufficient slack in those bands so that the train can go around turns which means there is probably enough slack for someone to go through.

Why didn't the transit security guys watching the cameras let the cops that were there, or at least the transit rent-a-cops, know that he pushed her onto the tracks right when it happened? Is it that common of an occurrence that they ignore it? Were they too busy watching tits on another camera?

I'm pretty sure they watch each station intermittently, I know I got in trouble over the loud speaker a few years ago for riding my bmx on the platform when there was no one actually at the station.

Thanks that's exactly what i was trying to get at. I don't smoke weed but if I did I wouldn't start growing it and I don't think the majority of the people on here would either.
