    Default Giving A Shout Out

Well a thanks is due so I thought I would come on here and say it. My car broke down on glenmore and 5.9rt from going the other way turned around to come help.
I just want to say I think thats frickon awesome and I am glad there are still some good people in the world. Thanks again to 5.9rt I'll hook you up with that beer I promised ya
I'll get back to you when I find out what went wrong. Your car sounded frickon MEAN when you pulled away, damn you and your "working" sleeper.

p.s. Anyone know why a car would die right after a WOT run, nothing broke. Would rev with the foot on the peddal but die straight after if you let go. If you put it into gear and floored it, it would go to about 1500 rpm then just die. All vacumm lines appeared to be on. The car was getting fuel, the car obviously was getting spark if you could start it. No electrical dissconnections as far as 5.9 and I could tell.
    any suggestions...

    Thanks Again Matt

Hahaha. Thanks Conner, hope everything works out for you and your car. I still think it has something to do with your MSD box, but also check your crank case vent hose or catch can if you have one, that may also be causing the problem along with various shorts that could have happened under there! No need to buy me a beer though, I didn't do anything! You can just take me for a bag once it's up and running again.
You start with a bag full of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.

i highly doubt it would have anything to do with the catch can. i agree with 5.9 check your ignition.

Yea I saw your car parked there at like 2 or 3am. I didn't see anyone in the car though.

Check your fuel pressure regulator/ return lines, or your fuel pump.
