Yeah...just go on McKnight Blvd. And look for a Mohawk Gas sign and turn off into there!

Yeah, from my van when I'm departing them, lol.

The one on Mcknight is the major one, but if you just follow the roads along the airport property, you'll see a few others.

The parking lot of Mcknight isnt so bad, its not great though. Its alot more fun if you have a scanner with you.

If you go to Calgary pilot supply you can buy a tiny little hand held scanner with basic functions for about 50 or so dollars. All the way up to the one like mine which $300...

This allows you listen in on all the ATC communications, hear which plane is coming in when and so on. Its alot of fun to go watch the planes, but it makes me really want to fly.

Why did you buy a transceiver if you don't fly?

Coming from Deerfoot, pass the first set of light (at Wendy's/Tims), Mcknight will veer to the right, look for the Mohawk sign it's the first LEFT, if you hit the second set of lights at the next Tim's, you've gone too far.

Coming from Barlow, pass the set of lights with the Tim's, Mcknight will go straight, then veer right, look for the Mohawk sign, turn right, if you hit the 2nd set of lights at the Wendy's/Tim's, you've gone too far.

Though Mohawk isn't directly on Mcknight, you'll see it's sign, and when you turn in, you'll see the big parking lot full of aviation nerds, and homosexuals making out... have fun, whatever your there for

I do fly I bought a transceiver to listen in to ATC when I go out to the airport to watch planes. When I get my private pilots license I can bring it up with me when I go flying, and if I have radio trouble, the trancseiver can be used as a backup, I dont think it has much range though. Radios dont fail that often I dont think.
