Default Mounting kit for 96-98 civic?

I've gone to Futureshop, Bestbuy, Walmart, and a couple other chains to see if I can find a dask kit for a 96-98 honda civic. No such luck.

Everyone has the 99-00 mount, which is different than the 96-98. Does anyone have one or know where I can buy one?

It has to have that extra tapered bit on the left to make up for the angled dash.

thats not a metra piece, so scratch visions, FS and BB carry "bestkits" and a&b carries scosche, if you haven't already, give them a try
