Assuming the 3S-GTE is roughly as efficient a motor as the 2JZ, I would have to say your 900cc injectors will be good for close to 600whp provided you can keep them well fed.

If you're concerned about running out of fuel, stick with the 900s for now. It'll be slightly easier to tune the 900s than something larger, like a 1200cc injector. Once you start noticing your pulsewidths passing 90%, on the dyno, upgrade. You'll be safe for a while though.

Edit: What are you running for a fuel system again? I forgot, and I'm too lazy to re-read the whole thread.

Its recommend that you wouldn't run more then 80% duty cycle and at that level 900cc inj are good for 535 Brake HP. I know on my car my 1000cc didn't like to go much over 600 Whp. For the price of injectors running them over 80% duty cycle is very dangerous, if you have spent enough money to actually make those power levels buying the right injectors is cheap insurance.

Dont worry about the eagle rods either I put down over 650Whp on 4 of them before upgrading just to be safe.

it might have been said but thats a big turbo for that size of a engine is it not? (i use that same one basically but in a standerd bearing turbo and i spool to 18psi at 2000rpm but i also have a supercharger to spool it up and my engine is a 2.4L) either way nice built up :P sleeper is the only way to go.. Ill try to watch for you this up coming season at the track :P do a sleeper vs sleeper as any Jbody pushing 350whp low boost and 405whp high boost is a sleeper lol

I probably didnt see it as i didnt want to go threw 7 pages but what are you useing to tune it?

There is, but for the price you're going to pay to modify the 3S's ecu, it would be cheaper to get a piggyback. And yes, there are tuners here in Calgary that can tune stock ECUs.
Besides, a standalone will have WAY more expandability then the stock computer. For example, datalogging, wideband inputs, aux outputs.

there are companies that do tuned factory ecus for the 3sgte but they're setup to accomodate 550cc injectors nothing larger.

If you are doing standalone then go with a microtech. Seriously. Best standalone I have ever seen.

Go to calgary autowerks and get it from lawrence... tell him marc sent you.
