BBQ This Weekend (June 28th, 2003)

Hey all, a bunch of members have been saying that we should have a BBQ and I think its about time we got together to cook some hotdogs and cow.

Beyond will be supplying some of the food but of course you are welcome to bring your own steaks, marshmallow and drinks, etc.

We are looking at heading to Fish Creek Park where we went last year just across from that Garden Center (right by Macleod Trail and Canyon Meadows Drive). I cant remember the exact name of that area at the moment. There is plenty of parking there.

If there is enough interest we could meet up in the North and have a mini cruise to Fish Creek Park... post your ideas

LOL! I was saying EXACTLY the same thing to kenny, but we decided that it's too short notice to re-run last year's cruise + BBQ. Unless you guys are up for it???

yes it is still on for today! We're going to buy food right now. If you don't know your way there, just go down Macleod Trail, turn off in Midnapore and go onto Bannister Road. On SuperESC's map, it is right where the corner makes a 90 degree bend after 146th Ave. See you guys there!

A bunch of us are going to head there earlier than planned... so drop by if you're gonna be in the area And I'll have some beyond stickers if anyone wants any :P

As for directions head south on Macleod and just after the Canyon Meadows Interchange, stay in the right lane and turn off onto Bannister Road. It will loop around under Macleod Trail. Then take the left turn into Fish Creek Park and look for everyone.

dang, didnt even know about this. Oh well, im stuck at home waiting for my new rims to arrive. They are in calgary last I tracked it.
