Default Washing towels/cloths used to polish/wax

What do you all do with the towels you used to polish or wax? I am a bit hesitant to put them in the washer/dryer... i would think they would ruin clothes going in there.

    thoughts?

    I hand wash them.

Another option: you can take them to a coin laundry.

Wash all your polishing/waxing clothes in a seperate load. If they are mico-fiber use cold water and very little detergent. They make a special cleaner for microfiber that works very welll. I just hang them to dry

what about if you use polish/waxing pads? Would it work by just tossing them in the washer as well?

Also, if I were to hand wash them. Should I use a scrubber of some sort along with detergent + water??

I buy the cheap ass little pads to wax the places I can't get the buffer on, then chuck them or burn them. I clean the polisher pads by hand with Snappy Clean pad cleaner, and everything else goes in the wash.

I just toss it in a seperate load than my clothes. I'll either hang dry or toss in the dryer but don't user fabric softener.

you're not supposed to use any sort of laundry detergent or fabric softeners at all on microfiber anything. it ruins it.

there's a product out there specifically made to wash car care cloths, pads, etc.

Dollar giant sells microfiber sized 30cm X 30cm . I noticed that the microfiber isn't as soft any more after a load in the washer. Probably just run a cold cycle without detergent next time?
