I am definitely sorry to hear that man... The two littles of ours dogs are like 13/14 years now and we thing about this more often than we would like.

All you can do is to hold onto all the good memories they brought you and be thankful you gave them a great life!

Diagnosed with pancreatitis and end stage kidney failure on Monday. Health deteriorated downhill quick, made the decision to put him down Sunday 9:45am to stop his suffering. He made his own decision to cross the rainbow bridge in my house. Lost my best friend of 13 years. Hug your dogs tight folks and cherish your time never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory. I am still at a loss how quick he was taken.

Very sorry for your loss. I feel for you. At least he didn't cross that bridge alone.

One thing that irks me to this day is when dog owners bring theirs to the vet to get put down and can't bear to see them go, so they leave and the dog dies alone. I hate that. You're the last person your dog sees. Respect.

Sorry to hear DJ, may he rest in peace. We lost our 12 year old shepherd last June, we lasted a few months before we added this meat head to help fill the huge void that was left by our big guy.

So sorry to hear dj. So many dogs in here lost to cancer...
We lost our 12 year old English Bulldog to cancer too in Feb. Diagnosed on Monday, she was gone by Sunday. Dogs don't deserve to live shorter lives than humans.
