yes, it will.
This is a universal kit which you may install in any car. It's pretty simple to install, just bolt actuator to door, look at your lock rod, and mount this rod hooked up to the actuator. and then just give it some power from your fuse panel. There is one wire for unlock input, and one for lock input, very easy to hook up to any alarm or keyless entry system.

abguy pretty much summed it up. The added feature is the central processor that allows both doors to unlock/lock when you unlock one door (if you want to do that).

To avoid any confusion, this kit will add power door locks to a car that does not have any power door locks installed. It will work with any alarm that has a keyless entry button.
