new to photoshop

hey im new to photoshop and was wondering wat the best photoshop version is to use for modifying cars? i have photoshop CS2 i tried the tuts but they are different to my version can anyone help also is there a list of the shortcut buttons for all the things like desaturate ( ctrl+shft+U ) thanks

Use photoshop cs , photoshop 7 and i think for you CS3 is best.
