Im pretty sure it the Nurburgring, if im not mistaken its the only track with this turn. As for being a Mugen S2K, Thats what it said in the title. but heres the turn.

Its not the 'Ring. He does a lap in a few minutes, where as the nordschleife takes 8-9 mins in that kind of car. That photo looks like the Carousel, though.
